Extra virgin olive oil IGP “OLIO DI PUGLIA” is obtained from 100% “Coratina”, “Ogliarola”, “Leccino” olives grown in the Puglia region. It has a max acidity of 0.4%, a green/yellowish colour, a herbaceous aroma and an intense fruity taste with a slightly spicy aftertaste. It is an extra virgin oil with the highest levels of natural anti-oxidants (polyphenols) in the world, and is ideal for vegetable soups, salads and bruschetta.
